Kasaya Works ("we") makes Hushsteel and runs hushsteel.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What this page collects
Only what you type into the "Keep me posted" field. We do not run analytics, ad trackers or social widgets on this page.
Your email and the launch notice
If you leave an email, we use it once: to tell you Hushsteel is out. We do not share it, sell it or add it to other lists. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Local storage
Your best time in The Cut is kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device. Clear your site data to remove it.
Video embeds
The trailer loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only after you press Play. From that moment YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws, such as the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to its use. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
Launch notice emails are deleted 30 days after release day, or sooner if you ask.

Images are from a game in development and do not represent final quality.

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.

License
Kasaya Works grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Hushsteel on devices you control.
Restrictions
You may not copy, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where local law allows it.
Online duels
Online features need an account with your platform. We may suspend players who cheat, exploit bugs or abuse others.
Your content
Replays and photo mode images you make are yours to share. You let us show them in the game's community features if you post them there.
Updates
We may patch the game to fix bugs and balance duelists. Some updates may be required to keep playing online.
Ending the license
The license ends if you break these terms. You can end it any time by uninstalling the game.
Warranty
The game is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Accessibility in the game
Every cue in a duel has a sound, a visual and a controller rumble. A reaction assist widens the timing window. Subtitles and captions for ambient sound are on by default.
Accessibility on this page
The Cut has a No time limit mode. The page respects reduced motion: no flash, no shake, no moving rain. Pause stops all ambient motion and the scene captions.
Controllers
Full support for standard controllers on PC. Keyboard works too: Space strikes.
